Types of Sessions
Privates
Privates are ideal for someone with injuries that require the one-on-one focus of an instructor. Plus, you're on your schedule and not dependent on coordinating with another person for your training sessions.
Semi-Privates
Semi-Privates are a healthy, fun way to spend quality time with your spouse or friend, while at a more affordable rate than Privates. If you don't know anyone interested in doing Pilates, please let us know--we'll try to pair you up with another student.
Equipment Classes (3-4 people)
Classes are the most affordable way to practice Pilates. We offer several classes each week to accommodate your schedule and continue to add classes when needed. Or, gather a few friends and we can put together a class for you. (3-4 students maximum)
Self-Directed Workouts
After you have completed 10 private sessions at Pilates of Marin and have been cleared by your instructor, you may drop into the studio to work out on your own, furthering your Pilates practice. If you have started your Pilates practice elsewhere, please make an appointment with us so we can assess if you're ready to work out on your own.
