Pilates of Marin Policies

• All sessions are 55 minutes long.
• Please refrain from wearing perfumes due to allergy concerns of other clients.
• Any sessions cancelled within 24-hours of your appointment will be charged the full amount of your session.  Please call the studio to cancel (415/927-7800).
• Payment is due at the time of your session.  We accept Cash, Checks, American Express,
  Mastercard and Visa.
• Please arrive to your session on time, especially if you’re in a class.
• Coming in late to classes is disruptive to your classmates and you risk injuring yourself if you’re not properly warmed up.
• Please no cell phones during class. This is YOUR time—enjoy yourself!
• Group classes may be cancelled due to low attendance.  If this occurs, we will make every effort to place you in an alternative class.
